My mixer broke several months ago it was a cheap on someone bought it for me as a weddign gift and to this day I still have not got a new one but with x-mas coming I really need to invest in a good one.
I finally got a KitchenAid mixer and I love it. You can even make fresh pasta with it. I didnt think that I would use the mixer as much as I do. It is a bit on the expensive side, but I think it is well worth the money.
I got mine about 2 years ago and I taught myself how to make bread, my husband said that panera bread doesn't have anything on me lol. I think he is just trying to make brownie points though lol:D The only problem is we both have gained a lot of weight since I got it and he told me I probable should hold off on the sweets for a while. The mixer is really worth the money and you can really find great deals on them if you do your homework. I only spent $199.00 on my brand new one. They do last forever and just don't break down.
