I absolutely love mine, I just got the Artisan model. Will be getting the Grinder & pasta maker attachments later, but for now I still use it to make everything, mashed potatoes, meatloaf, you name it. Best investment I ever made. Karen

kwinem, I just posted after you on the stand mixer thread, lol. I wouldn't suggest the pasta and food grinder attachment for making pasta. The food grinder is excellent though. You can get that seperate. The pasta making through the food grinder is very touchy and the dough has to be just right moisture wise. I just got the pasta roller and cutter attachments and wow, what a difference.

Ironic Chef, thanks for the info, one of my friends told me the same thing, so I guess I won't be getting the pasta maker, just the food grinder, at least for now.
