Duncan Heinz, Flan or tart pans. Anybody use these? I am seeing some pretty nice recipes that call for this pan. I have not ever used them. What kind is best? CF:)

I have flan and tart pans - yes I do use them - and I have also used my flan pans (the ceramic ones I have) for making samll casseroles (when I am cooking for 1 or 2) so I do get my use out of them. I didn't buy the most expensive - no need to.
