I'd like to know what I can do with the butter solids after I clarify butter? I don't like wasting food. there has to be something I can do with it. thanks, p.

Trust me- clarified TONS of butter in commercial kitchens and this stuff is pure unusable waste. Don't trifle one bit over it- toss it out! :)
