1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs (low Sodium)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt substitute or Mrs. Dash
2 skinless boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in 2 qt saucepan. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and spices except parsley on wax paper. Dip chicken in butter, roll in crumbs. Place skin side up in ungreased 9" baking dish. Bake in center of oven at 375 for 30 min. Meanwhile, add wine, onion, and parsley to remaining butter. When chicken is brown, pour butter mixture on chicken. Cook 2-3 min more, or until sauce is hot.

Serve w/ sauce spooned over.
