Here is a sample recipe from 'Incredibly Delicious; The Vegan Paradigm Cookbook':
1 lb. Tofu (soft, not silken)
3 T. Oil (not a strong flavored oil)
4 T. Cocoa Powder
2 T. Carob Powder
1/2 T. Tahini
1/3 C. Maple Syrup
6 T. Sweetener
1 t. Vanilla
Chocolate/Carob Chips, dairy-free, melted (optional)
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping sides with a rubber spatula periodically. Chill in parfait glasses before serving.
