This sounds good, and it goes with Hubby's diet, so I might make that tomorrow night. He had quiche once before, but didn't like it because it was bland. Just eggs, and sausage; no cheese.

The quiche last night was a hit... hubby ate 3 pieces of it. He said it was good, a whole lot better than the last quiche he had.

Of course, he also thought quiche was a Jewish food. I had to tell him that its French, not Jewish.

No he's on step 2 of the South Beach diet. The first step has no carbs (breads, sugars, etc) at all, and it was rough the first couple days. But after his body got used to it, he said he was feeling alot better and he's lost weight. He's really proud of the fact that he can see his toes again, I said "Lucky you, I won't be able to see mine soon enough so don't rub it in." He laughed.

The second step has limited carbs, only one serving of carbs per day. Sometimes he slips on the weekends, but he blames me because I make such good food. Its always my fault.
