BTW, a basic mustard sauce is made by mixing the prepared mustard with a little sour cream. You can smooth that out a little more with some cream or even mayo.
Do you have any recipes that involve meats? Maybe a good salad dressing?

Grey Poupon Mustard b4 on these dishes Mama? I just got the 3 new flavors from
Grey Poupon Mustard and theres one flavor in particular that would go amazing on all those meats. Its called Harvest Coarse Ground, its got whole mustards seeds and it seems good for a rub.

Grey Poupon Mustard its got whole mustards seeds in it and with the lamb its going to have a intense flavor but feel very hearty. Definently worth checking out.
