Easy day today - brats on the grill, macaroni salad, green salad and corn on the cob.

It is an easy day for me too. Let my husband cook. . Nah really we will probably have spaghetti or something easy.

Were having a easy night too, hubby is picking up Chinese take out!

LOL, we must have all had a long week and are too tired to cook! We are probably having 4th of July leftovers, grilled chicken and mashed potatoes.

Although, that is more because I can't stand to waste food.

We are also having an easy dinner tonight. I stopped on my way home from work and picked up a cheese pizza. When I got home I cut some Canadian bacon and added them and some pineapple chunks to our cheese pizza to make it a Hawaiian pizza. Everyone enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the ease of making and cleaning up dinner tonight.
