I sometimes have omelette or a ham and egg sandwich for dinner.

When I was in the service, and worked from 7pm to 7am, I had dinner from breakfast, dinner again (leftovers) for lunch at midnight, and then if I felt like eating, breakfast for dinner. It was that way for a long time, like 2 years. I didn't eat break-dinner everyday because working those hours, there weren't lines of people waiting to eat, and I got used to going to eat with only a handful of others ahead of me (much like going to a Boston Markey today). But at break-dinner, everyone was up (for their breakfast), and there could be a 20 minute wait or more to get served. And because of that eating style, I avoid buffet style restaurants -- I ate that way for years and now I want fresh cooked foods.

mmmm.....breakfast for dinner! I've been known to whip up a batch of waffles or some biscuits and gravy late in the evening. I love that they're so fast and require very little prep or clean up!

Of course, if I've had a particularly long day, it's not out of the question to have cereal for dinner. It doesn't get much easier than that!

I often make bacon, sausages and eggs for dinner. It always seems to taste different later in the day for some reason. As kids mum used to give us porridge for dinner on cold nights which was good too!
