With veggies I usually don't freeze them. If I have any left I try to incorporate them into the next nights meal or send them in lunches. I used to save them in the freezer but I usually forgot all about them.

I can see how that would happen. I have to do it though, becuase it's usually only a tablespoon or so leftover. I guess I could try to hide them in something..lol
