Last night I had garlic bread again for dinner, just garlic bread. Three pieces. I love it, it's great, tastes so good. I feel like I could have it everyday, but I know I can't.

I love garlic bread also. I make it all the time even when I am not having a pasta dish. I make these cheddar and garlic rolls and I end up eating so many of those that I can’t eat my dinner.

Yup I love garlic bread too. Can you please tell me the recipe of making it? I love it with cheese topping.

Yummy! Why just the bread though? i swear i could live off bread but id be pillsbury dough girl :)

I LOVE garlic bread! The only way I know how to make it home-made is to get a loaf of Italian bread, mix butter, garlic, parsley & black pepper together (to taste), spread that on the Italian bread & sprinkle the cheese (I usually use parmesan) on the bread. Bake at 400deg for about 15-20min (until cheese is melted). I love it. :)

I adore garlic bread, the garlicky-the better! My mom always made it for Sunday dinner growing up.

Thanks. :) I'm glad you liked it. I've been making it that way since I was about 16. :)

Thanks for the recipe butterflydreams.

I need to start making my own garlic bread. I get lazy and just buy frozen texas toast at the grocery, and sometimes it just tastes...off. yuck.

I like garlic bread too, but I love the garlic cheese bread. Even the bagged stuff is good.

I LOVE any kind of garlic bread. I make my own most of the time because it's cheaper.

Garlic bread is a staple at our house. We usually do not have a loaf of french bread in the house the night we decide to make garlic bread and have found that sub or kaiser rolls work just as well. We melt butter with chopped garlic in the microwave and then spread on the bread. If we have grated Parmesan cheese we will sprinkle on top of bread. Place under broiler for a couple of minutes to heat and melt and cheese. YUM!

That sounds really good. I've never tried it on kaiser rolls. I'll have to try that some time. :)

I love garlic bread too. I could have it with just about any meal; but I'm afraid of getting burnt out on it. I usually buy the frozen stuff; I really should try using that recipe.

I like garlic bread, too, but I detest (ie, thoroughly suck at therefore detest :^___^:) baking so what I do's get a nice slice of bread, spread some garlic butter (You could make your own if you want to! Just double boil some butter and cracked garlic and you're basically done! You could also go and make garlic oil which is even easier) on it and put it in the toaster.

Garlic bread is really good I like when I have some pasta wih me. If not I just get some pizza or something else.

I am a big garlic lover and add it to almost everything I cook.
I am obviously a huge fan of garlic bread too especially cheese garlic bread with ketchup. I need to bake one right away!

I a different take on the garlic bread
I use the Pizza mixes ( the dry in the box type)
then add in all the garlic and parsley in to the bread part
then bake it with the parmesan cheese on top with a little olive oil
mmmmmm good to go...
