I need some dinner ideas I ahve the worlds pickiest eater to feed; my husband.. Anyways he hates all vegetables besides corn, hates all rice, he's allergic to fruit. Well thats about it but I'm sick of making the same old stuff everynight, I just barely got him to try sloppy joes for the first time so there's something new I can make. Any other ideas?? Thanks in advance:)

Finnicky men can drive you nuts!!!! Is he a basic meat/potato man who does not like change???

What about a casserole - cooked noodles (al dente - you don't want them to mush up on you), a can or two of condensed soup (cream of mushroom, chicken, potato or celery), corn (since he likes it) and diced cooked meat (beef, ham, pork, chicken, turkey), topped with dry bread crumbs or toast points or crushed crackers and dotted with butter - bake 350* till heated through

30-Minute Garlic Chicken With Potatoes

4 chicken breasts
1 lb red potatoes, quartered
6 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat a large baking dish with vegetable or butter spray (Pam).
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and coat well.
Place in baking dish and bake 30 minutes.

Does he like bread stuffing, sauces, pastas, potatoes??? I have a ton of recipes to share - tell me more.

We've had a death in the family and I haven't been on much the past couple days. But this will be over by Monday and I can post recipes for you.

Sorry about your loss. Mama Mangia. I have a husband that is a little picky too. Her refuses to eat chicken off of the bone and he is not much of a veggie eater. He is more for meat and potatos.

Hmm...LOL in my house it's the opposite. My husband will eat ANYTHING I cook. I'm the picky one! LOL Will he eat chilli-cheese dogs? I love those things. I don't know how you make your corn...but I fry mine in butter 'til it's just slightly past hot & I season it with salt, pepper parsley & bacon bits. It's sooo yummy! There's just a couple things to try. =)
