last night we made pizza and spinach pies

Here is the spinach which was cooked first and drained, then added to that was some garlic, black olives, course ground black pepper and a touch of sugar.



The dough (made by my wife of course ) same recipe as the pizza dough. divided up and ready to be rolled out and the filling added







Baked in the oven at 350 until browned

And the finished pizzas mozzarella cheese, Margharetta pepperoni, and black olives

and you didn't invite me - geez...............................
I haven't made these in a while - now I want some!
Did you ever fill them with bbq'd meats? or meatballs and Italian sausage?
