Sticky wings

If I know what's good for me they had better be done by 6:00 pm. My wife reminded me she has to go to a meeting at church tonight.

Disclaimer : These were not my best effort. I've made better but these were good none the less. I need to work on my picture taking skills.

I started by cooking the wings in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes to help get some of the fat rendered out and then drained them a bit ( I did leave some fat in there  )

Then I cut up some red and green bell pepper, a few cloves of garlic, some chives, pineapple and some shredded carrot

Into the pan it all went with the chicken then I added honey, molasses, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, ground ginger, crushed red pepper and some terriyaki glaze I had in the fridge

Then back in the oven it went at 400 degrees until the sauce thickened up about an hour I think

They sure came out sticky and sweet with a bit of hotness too. The sticky sauce went great with the white rice on the side .

Those look delish!
I tried some of that new Frank's Wing Sauce called sweet heat or something a few days ago. It was really good.
