It is very good. You should try it as an enchileda sauce or you could pour it over chicken breast and white rice.

Have you tried the mole negra? It's a type of mole that involves the usage of chocolate. It would be really good too I guess, but I don't think it would go well with fried chicken. We use it as dips and it's really good.
