Tonight the DH is making green cheese enchiladas, spanish rice and refriend beans. Hopefully there will be some left when I get home since Dh and kids will eat without me since it is my late night.

Tonight I think will be having Chicken and Pork Adobo and salted eggs with tomato on the side. It really compliments each other specially if you have lots of tomatoes in it I really love tomatoes plus their healthy.
