1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into 1 inch or so sized cubes.
Mix honey and yellow mustard. Brush the honey mustard sauce over the cubes, coating all sides. Cook until golden brown in a broiler, while frequently turning and rebasting with the honey mustard sauce.

Oooh! I don't know why I never thought of that. I love puting honey mustand sauce on my chicken.
