This sounds delicious and easy to prepare. I have to try this one and see what turns out.

When you make this recipe do you weight 12 ounces of flour or just do
3 cups?

it doesn't matter - I've been baking bread for more than 50 years - it depends on theflour, the hunmidity, the temperature, etc. - I always judge by look and feel

When I do it I just measure 3 cups :o
