Hmm, I'm not a big sausage eater, my favorite are the bacon, egg and cheese variety. I think I will have to try the hotcakes though. That recipe sounds pretty simple, if I had some 7up in the fridge I'd make it right now! I just have to wonder how they get the syrup pockets. I htink that's what makes it. I'm hungry for breakfast already.

I am addicted to those mcgriddles too. I like mines with steak. They taste so good. Especially with OJ

I think for the mcgriddles you just sort of put the nozzle of the syrup right against the pancake and then squeeze it in in little pockets. A baby medicine syringe might work!
