Been awhile since I posted this, and we've picked up quite a few new members. So it bears repeating:

Do you like reading cookbooks? Of course you do. If not, you wouldn't be playing on a cooking forum. And if you're like me you read cookbooks the way other people read novels.

Unfortunately, at an average 35 bucks a pop, none of us can afford to buy as many as we'd like.

If you think you can write about them, as well as read them, however, there's a solution. I'm the Reviews Editor at ChefTalk.com, and I'm always looking to expand my staff of reviewers. So we can probably help each other.

If you cut the mustard as a reviewer here's how it works: I send you a list of available titles. You pick the ones you want. I send you the book, you send me the review, and you keep the book. A good deal for everyone.

Naturally there's a little more to it than that. But if you're at all interested in becoming a reviewer, contact me at Brook@cheftalk.com and I'll send you all the details.
