Cake Mix Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk, i usually use evaporated milk
Directions
1 In a large bowl mix cake mix, butter, egg and milk.
2 Do not over mix.
3 Shape dough in a ball.
4 Chill for 2 hours.
5 Roll 1/8 inch on a floured surface.
6 Cut out with a floured cookie cutters.
7 Place 2 inchs apart on a cookie sheet that has been very lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
8 Bake at 375 degrees for 6-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
9 Cool slightly.
10 Move to rack to cool fully.
11 Store in airtight container.
