Marble Cake
This is a good recipie for Marble cake
3 eggs at room temp
2 cups all purpose flour
one teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup shortening
one cup yoghurt
salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 teaspoons cocoa

for the top
1/2 cup of cream
1/2 bar of cooking chocolates
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

mix all dry ingredients together
then all wet ingredients together and combine both mixtures
divide the dough into 2/3 and 1/3
pour the 2/3 in a greased pan and mix the cocoa with the rest of the dough
pour the dark part over the light one and by using a fork make some colors combinations
bake in a heated oven 180 for about 45 minutes
mix he cream with vanilla and chocolates and heat them till chocolate is melted pour the frosting over the top of the cake when it cools a little bit

I love marble cake..It is a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake, in which case it is mainly vanilla, with streaks of chocolate.
