100 gr flour-- 3/4 cup
100 gr cornstarch -- 3/4 cup
150 gr unsalted butter -
6 ½ - 7 tbs
100 gr sugar -- scant 1/2 cup
100 gr ground Almonds -- 3/4 to 1 cup
1 Jumbo egg
Chocolate Almond Bark, Candy making chocolate
Directions
Place flour, cornstarch, sugar and almonds on counter top. Make a hole in center and put in egg and soft butter. Knead mixture until it is very stiff and roll it out till it is ¼ inch thick. Cut into 2 inch rounds and bake 10 -12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and spread with melted chocolate, place another round on top and spread with additional chocolate.
