CCC, this is for you. All I have written down is the list of ingredients - I never write the instructions for recipes for some reason.

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1/4 t. nutmeg
3 c. blueberries

Two 8-in round cake pans, greased and floured. Or a 9 x 11 inch pan.
350 deg. 30 min.

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz block cream cheese
1/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. sugar (or more, to taste)
1/2 t. vanilla

I have used milk instead of light cream (a little less) with good results.
