Caesar Pita Burgers

1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
5 pita (pocket) bread halves
1/2 cup shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons diced fresh tomato
5 tablespoons diced fresh cucumber

Heat a gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix ground beef, 1/4
cup of the dressing, the egg and bread crumbs. Shape into 5 oval
patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Place patties on grill; cover grill.
Cook with medium heat 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, until
thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160F. During last 1
to 2 minutes of cooking time, top each patty with cheese. If desired,
place pita bread halves on grill during last 1 minute of cooking.
Fill pita bread halves with remaining 1/4 cup dressing, tomato,
cucumber and patties.

It is really a nice and crunchy burgers as I imagined those ingredients. :)
Just want to ask Mama if, there is other alternative for Caesar dressing?
Or, can you give us the ingredients of Caesar dressing? Thanks for this recipe! :)

You can use any creamy type salad dressing you want - Italian, Ranch, Bleu Cheese, etc.

You can also use any cheeses you want.
