4 green bell peppers
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground chuck
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 can beef bouillon
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. Sauté onion and celery in water until soft but not browned. Add chopped beef and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a fork until browned. Mix well with other ingredients and stuff and into bell pepper halves. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes four to eight servings, depending on appetites :)
