Ingredients:

10 salmon fillets (approx. 5 oz. each)
2/3 C packed brown sugar
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
2 tbls. honey
1/2 tsp. salt


Directions:

Place fillets, skin side down, on a greased baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, honey and salt; spoon over salmon

Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Fit for a King.....or a young Prince on his Wedding Day!! :):)
