1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pound shrimp, cooked and cleaned
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

Melt butter in a large skillet, add garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Add shrimp and cook just long enough to eat thoroughly. Serves 4.
