What's your favorite unusual salad to serve-up alongside ribs, steaks or grilled chicken or fish?

I make several salads but among my favorites are roasted vegetable, pesto pasta salad, potato and green bean with rosemary vinaigrette, Rice salad with corn, black beans, red peppers, chilis and a dressing of orange juice, garlic, cumin and olive oil, I also love a lentil salad with tomatoes, cucumber, fresh dill, and feta. Can't wait till it's warm enough to sit on the deck and eat.

I also enjoy Tabouleh but I often sub cous-cous for the bulghur.

I do the same with quinoa instead of the bulgur it's delicious.

I stick with the standard salads, Macaroni Salad and Coleslaw. With ribs it's a must to have Coleslaw.
