SERVES 4

2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup minced celery
2 tablespoons minced red onions
2 tablespoons minced dill
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Fold in mayonnaise and mustard until tuna is moistened.
Salad can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Hon that is a recipe I found on another site. Like you I thought it sounded delish. I have to wait til my next trip to Walmart to get some fresh dill for the recipe before I can try it. I love tuna.

Janie - I do a tuna salad about once a week and not too different from yours. The exception being a lot of Granny Smith apple as an extender.
