GLAZED SAUSAGE BITS
Makes 20 servings.
½ cup pomegranate juice
1-2 tablespoons ketchup
Tabasco sauce, to taste
6 ounces kielbasa
In a skillet, combine the juice and ketchup with a good dash of Tabasco. Reduce over high heat for 2-3 minutes, until syrupy. Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch pieces, and add to the hot sauce. Cook briefly over high heat, just long enough to warm the sausages and coat them completely. Taste, and add more Tabasco if needed. Serve with either toothpicks, or on top of Ritz crackers.
