1 quart lime sherbet
1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 quarts ginger ale
mint for garnish
strawberries for garnish

Soften the lime sherbet and mix with pineapple juice. Add ginger ale just before serving. Serve with mint and strawberries nearby as a garnish. Makes enough punch to serve 16 to 20 people.
