1 1/4 C uncooked macaroni
Juice of one lemon
1/2 C chopped celery
1/4 C chopped green pepper
3 Tbls. chopped pimiento
1 1/4 C cubed cheddar cheese
3 Tbls. snipped fresh chives
1/4 C chopped fresh parsley
2 to 4 tsp. dried dill or 2 to 4 Tbls. fresh
1 C cooked green peas
2 C cooked salad shrimp (optional)
1/2 C mayonaise


Mix all ingredients together lightly in large bowl. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve chilled on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges, sliced hard-cooked eggs or lemon wedges.
