One-Pot Stroganoff
1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups tomato juice or V-8
2 cups water
Dash of pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6 ounces wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup sour cream
Parsley
Brown beef and onion in a large skillet. Pour off fat. Stir in juice, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add noodles. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until noodles are tender and liquid evaporates a little. Stir in sour cream, and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
