Sweet and Sour Kielbasa
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon prepared mustard or spicy mustard
¾ cup water
1-pound package kielbasa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In covered casserole dish, mix sugar, mustard and water till smooth. Cut kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, and mix into the sauce. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once in between. Serve over boiled white rice.
