I like them floured and pan-fried and tossed w/ bacon dressing in a warm wilted spinach salad. I also like making a pear/chicken liver pate in a jacket of whipped cream cheese served w/ garlicky bagel chips. What do you guys do w/ chicken livers?

I'm afraid liver makes me feel this way when I ingest it=:o

So I make nothing with liver but I do use beef liver for bait when we used to go cat fishing! We'd run trot-lines and in nothing flat we would have a big ole mess o fish:)

When we want them which isnt often I soak chicken livers overnight in soy sauce and garlic. Then toss them with flour and fry them.

curry chicken livers season with onions, tomatoes, of course peppers, celery,parsley, and crushed garlic, saute in butter add a little curry powder/water simmer until cooked served with brown rice or roti
