Ingredients
1 lb. shell pasta
2 Tbsps. plus 2 tsps. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion\cooked, finely chopped
7 oz. can tuna, drained
1/3 cup plus 3 Tbsps. canned corn kernels, drained
2 Tbsps. plus 2 tsps. white wine
1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup plus 3 Tbsps. chives, snipped
Instructions
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and keep warm. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and onion 1-2 minutes. Add tuna and corn and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in wine and spaghetti sauce and continue to cook until heated through. Remove from heat and toss into pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
