Rice with Peas


1-1/3 cups chicken stock
1-1/3 cups canned sweet peas
1 cup instant rice
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. margarine

Combine stock and peas in a saucepan over medium high heat. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan, remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Add margarine and fluff with a fork.
