Merry Christmas
I could not pass this up ~ so I made this for dinner tonight 
Very delicious
I did make some changes: I used 1/2 yellow and 1/2 red bell pepper ~ and I used the chicken bullion cube (crushed in my mortar and pastel) ~ then I followed the recipe exactly as written ~ these directions are right on and very necessary. I have to say it was the most delicious rice dish I have ever made ~ I have several real special rice dishes but this is the best of them all
