Recipes w/Pictures On This Forum?

Is there a site here on this forum that shows the actual pictures of the finished dish? I have looked and cannot seem to find one. I really like seeing the finished product for meals. Thanks, sh:confused:

I have posted several photos on some of my recipes. It's not a common thing though here on SP. To post photos you have to have another image program and use codes from that program to post the photos here. It's not something everyone wants to be bothered with.

well, thanks for the reply and I now understand the reasoning behind it to. I'll be looking out for some from you my friend. New here so I missed the previous ones. Have a great day and wonderful week.

Chef, my dear, I totally lost you! Yes, I am a blonde.....lol...........

Meme - if you click on a poster name you will see different options and you can then click on their profile. Once you see their profile, click on statistics and from there you can visit all their posts.

I'm blond too - but I figure it out - LOL!!!

I'm not blonde (in fact, these days- I'm barely brunette!) but my friends sometimes tell me I oughtta be! Ha! (NOTE: see avatar w/ craw-daddy grabbing onto my nose! Was this a whacko BLONDE moment- or WHAT?) :)

again, many thanks for the info. Hope everyone is having a safe and fun Labor Day weekend. Still laugh at that crawdad in the nose....Ouch...or just brave....LOL...

I've looked into this and the ability to upload pictures has always been enabled. You have to upload them as attachments from the 'go advanced' button on the thread reply, and upload view the 'Manage Attachments' option below the text input box. Then, the way the forum software works, the uploaded images will be shown as attachments to your message. See the attachment below.

There is a way to get images to show like this:
upside-down-lasagna.jpg

But this requires you to have your image hosted somewhere else on the web and to post the image as a link using the
insertimage.gif
button on the editor.

Hope this helps.

If someone knows of a forum hosting images and providing this in a different way, I'm all ears (and eyes and fingers).

Matt
