Does anyone know where to get vegetable flakes (like dried minced onion) in bulk?

I don't know what your definition of bulk is - but I buy most of my spices in the institutional size from the restaurant supply house. Not all - but the ones I know I am going to be using consistently. Once opened, they don't last long - regardless of what people say. I don't keep spices in my cupboard for years.
