Right now I'm playin' "Ella For Lovers" a lot. Even though I'm home alone, Ella's velvety voice and tender 40's ballads make me feel all romantic!

I also love Johnny Mathis, Roberta Flack, Sade, almost anything romantic by Dolly/Reba, and almost any love song written by Diane Warren (like: Celine's "Because You Loved Me", Toni Braxton's "Un-Break My Heart", Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing", etc...)

We also love Ella Fitzgerald and all that Jazz. Louis, Frank, Billy, Blossom Dearie etc. Another one we like is Nora Jones.

My fav's are the Righteous Brothers especially "You are my heart and my souls inspiration"!

Except I dated this one guy when I was a teenager, I was totally in-love with and he constantly played that song "Cathy's Clown" and I think he listened to it so much he began believing it, cause we never got to the 1st kiss:D GOSH...how wierd! And we dated for months and were so compatible and had so much fun together......so you best teach your children not to take all that music so literally or they might loose out on the love of their life!!! hee-hee; cool "moral of the story" huh!

Nickelback's Dark Horse CD has a couple nice ballads on it we like really well right now.
Gotta Be Somebody and I'd Come For You. Jon is really good at poetry. My fav Valentines present ever is the poem he wrote me a few years ago. We have a local station on the tv where they show adds from businesses and you can pay to have yours shown. For audio they play the local radio station but the adds just play along side. He had the poem he wrote me shown for three days. He had snuck and had his Mom and her hubby take him there to suprise me. I recorded it on a video tape lol.
