CanMan I started watching it and could not keep on seeing all that grease!!!! Ew-w-w
P.S. When I was watching it I had no sound and all I could do was watch- and I saw all the stuff loaded with grease and so I had to turn it off! I will try again here at home with the speaker on and I might just change my mind! Gotta keep an open mind!
P.S.S. Canman....OK I gave it another try......Way too much fat intake for any one body! The guys belly was huge>NO wonder! And then he was smoking>>> and in the restaurant at that!!! I hope that no one I know eats like that!

I had seen this on the FN. One of the chefs were talking about it being the best thing they ever ate.
