I am currently working at a craft fair with my mom. We just did little ornaments, towels with toppers, hot pads, a few hanger christmas trees and a few gel candles. We figured since the location was in a bowling alley that alot of the children would purchase the ornaments that we priced very low. However, we are finding that they aren't. Now we are rethinking for next year as what to do.

If you were to do a craft fair what would be your favorite thing to craft?

oh, there are so many "crafty" things I get in my head. I just don't know how long I can stick with one (or even a couple) of projects without being ready to move on to something else (can we say ADD? :P )

I've recently discovered personalizing casserole dishes (etching glass) and I'm using a few as gifts for Christmas. I love to do lots of goodies and from what I understand, food usually sells pretty well at craft shows (even like prejarred mixes and such). Corn sacks (heatpads) would be another thing I think I could whip up really quick to have at a fair.

The corn sacks are a good thing. Especially at craft fairs. My mom and I went to one a few months ago and that was the hot item. We were amazed at how many people purchase them. However, there are so many uses for them.
