I can just imagine what that will do to already outrageous beef, pork and milk prices.

Anything for a buck. Of course a fart tax is going to curb green house gas emissions. Who are they kidding.
When my Hank Hill truck eventually dies I'm going to remove the catalytic converter from the exhaust system and donate it to a beef or dairy farmer. If the farmer won't use it for its intended purpose then I hope it's shoved very deeply into a politicians ass where I do believe it will be of better use.
Sorry for the rant. I just feel meat prices are over the top as it is. Who would have ever thought that a pound of hot dogs would cost 5.00 a few years back?

I know. A 3-4 pound beef roast is between 8 - 12 dollars around here already. Hotdogs are $4 a package. Ground beef is almost $3 a pound. Ham for the holidays was outrageous.
