My father in laws birthday is the 13th of this month.
I was planning to make him dinner for his birthday but as usual I cannot decide what to make.
He loves country food so I was thinking buttermilk fried chicken, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw and some other kind of veggie. No idea what to make him for dessert. Any suggestions for me? I need stuff I can pack up and travel with. He lives about 5 miles from us. I want to make alot of these dishes because he loves leftovers and doesnt cook for himself much.

Oh man he does love banana.
I think that is def what I will make.
His Dad will love that and it will be great for him to have leftovers.
Ill have to make something else to Jon to have cause he hates banana but thats easy. He has been asking for red velvet cupcakes anyway.
