I just read up on a few things -

the one thing that will lower your blood pressure naturally is bananas. Eating several a day is very good for you. One guy eats 6 a day and has done it for years - never sick and always fit. And it lowers your blood pressure naturally.

The next item - yogurt - eat one carton (6 oz.) each day and you'll never get a cold again.

mama- I was friends w/ a pharmacist once and he wasn't specific as far as "why" but he once told me that every man, woman and child should eat yogurt every day of their life.

I've read that in so many different places! Can't hurt at all - add a couple bananas and an apple - heck - we'll be here forever!
