You don't have to look up Mama's recipe. That is the second one I posted so you wouldnt have to search for it.
This is only my personal opinion, but I feel that cooking Mexican food is so easy. Preparation is easy for me and the flavor of the dishes are some of my very favorite!
I agree!! I love Mexican and the simplicity of the preparation combined with burst of flavors make it my favorite!

Tonight's canasta night so I'll be cooking for four of us.
I plan to grill some bacon-wrapped tequila-marinated chicken tenders and serve them w/ pico de gallo and guacamole, fried flour tortilla-wedges, spicy pinto beans & rice, watermelon, flan and Bud Lite w/ Lime.
