I've never tried to cook mexican although I order quite a lot of stuff from a Mexican supplier in London, he does pastes and other things that my son likes and uses.

I'm boring strictly European cooking is my style.

What I like about Mexican cooking is that it's a lot like Mediterranean cuisine. Vibrant, colorful, fresh, flavorful and healthy.
